Refund policy

At Crybananacat, we create every product specially for you! Since we follow a Print-on-Demand model, each item is printed only after you place an order. Because of this custom nature, our return policy is different from standard e-commerce sites.

1. Returns & Replacements

We offer a 100% Free Replacement or Refund only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: If there is a hole, tear, or stitching issue in the garment.

  • Printing Errors: If the design is significantly different from what was shown or has printing defects.

  • Wrong Product: If you received a different size, color, or design than what you ordered.

Mandatory Requirement: To claim a replacement, you MUST provide a clear Unboxing Video (starting from showing the label to opening the package). Without a video, we cannot process claims for damages or missing items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges in the following scenarios:

  • Size Issues: Since each product is custom-printed, we cannot exchange items if you ordered the wrong size. Please refer to our Size Chart before purchasing.

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you no longer want the product or do not like the color/fit after delivery.

  • Slight Color Variation: Depending on your screen brightness, slight color differences in the final print may occur and are not considered defects.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.

  • Once the order moves into the "Production" or "Printing" stage at our facility, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. RTO (Return to Origin)

If a parcel is returned to our warehouse because of an incorrect address, phone not reachable, or house locked:

  • We can Reship it to you, but the customer will have to pay the additional shipping charges.

  • No refunds are provided for RTO orders as the product has already been custom-printed.
