1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (India): We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India. No minimum purchase is required.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: * Processing Time: Each product is custom-made for you. It takes 2-4 business days to print and pack your order.

    • Transit Time: Once shipped, it typically takes 4-7 business days to reach your doorstep, depending on your location.

    • Total Estimated Time: You can expect your order within 7-10 business days.

2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS containing your Tracking Number.

  • You can track your package in real-time through our courier partner’s website.

3. Damages & Issues

  • We take great care in packaging our products (especially our Magic Mugs) in secure boxes.

  • Important: If you receive a damaged parcel, please record an Unboxing Video as soon as you receive it. This will help us process a free replacement for you immediately.

4. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only ship within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
